Thank you for choosing Balraj Farm & Hatcheries. We take immense pride in providing top-tier poultry breeds, high-fertility hatching eggs, premium nutrition, and high-quality equipment.

Due to the biological nature of our products, strict biosecurity protocols, and safety standards, we maintain a strict No Return, No Exchange, and No Refund Policy once an order has been successfully placed, dispatched, or delivered.

1. Live Stocks (Hens, Chicks, and Poultry Breeds)

• Biosecurity Standards: To protect our farm ecosystem and prevent the transmission of avian diseases, we cannot accept returns on live birds once they leave our facility.

• Health & Assessment: All livestock is thoroughly inspected and confirmed healthy before handover. Customers are advised to inspect the birds at the time of collection or delivery. Balraj Farm & Hatcheries holds no liability for the health or management of the flock once in the buyer's possession.

2. High-Fertility Hatching Eggs

• Hatching eggs are highly perishable and sensitive to external variables such as transit vibration, temperature changes, incubator settings, and maternal flock management practices.

• Because hatchability depends heavily on the buyer's incubation environment and handling, we do not guarantee specific hatch rates and cannot accept returns or offer refunds on hatching eggs.

3. Feeds, Supplements, and Herbal Therapeutics

• To ensure the chemical and nutritional integrity of our products, we do not accept returns on feed bags, natural supplements, or herbal medications once they have left our warehouse. This ensures that no compromised or contaminated products are ever re-introduced into our inventory.

4. Poultry Equipment & Infrastructure

• Sales on all infrastructure materials (including feeders, trays, mesh, and brooding hardware) are final.

• Exception: In the rare event that equipment arrives with a proven manufacturing defect, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with photographic/video proof to discuss a potential replacement.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been processed or scheduled for dispatch.
